CET daily targeted mining yield halves on Dec 12th

From 0:00 Dec 12th, 2018 (UTC), CoinEx will halve the current CET daily targeted mining yield ahead of schedule. The arrangements are as follows:

New daily reward of Ask/Bid Mining 500,000 CET

Note: The rules of Credit and reward calculation remain as before.
